Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
No. Our cleaners bring all products, vacuums, and tools. If you'd prefer we use your own supplies or a specific product, just let us know when you book.
Do I have to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Many customers leave a key, code, or lockbox instructions. Our cleaners are background-checked and insured, and we'll lock up when we're done.
What's the difference between a standard and a deep clean?
A standard clean maintains an already-tidy home. A deep clean tackles built-up grime, baseboards, inside appliances, and grout, and is recommended for first visits or a few times a year.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
You can reschedule or cancel free up to 24 hours before your appointment. Changes inside 24 hours may be subject to a small fee to cover the reserved slot.
How is the price worked out?
From the size of the space, the type of clean and anything you add on — not from an in-home estimate. Pick a service to see its price before you book, and tell us about anything unusual so the quote holds.
Do you offer recurring cleaning?
Yes — weekly, every two weeks or monthly, and you can pause or skip a visit. Recurring customers usually keep the same crew, so they learn how you like things done.
Can I ask for specific products, or flag allergies and pets?
Please do. Tell us about pets, allergies, fragrance-free preferences or areas that need special attention when you book, and we'll pass it to the crew before they arrive.
